Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Use. It covers every Pronghorn Labs app and this website. It is short because our apps run on your own devices and we hold none of your content, but it still matters.

Please don’t use our apps or this site to

• break the law, or help anyone else break it;
• harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone, including in messages or videos you make with our apps;
• record anyone without the consent the law requires where you are;
• create or send content that exploits or endangers children, or that promotes violence or hatred against people for who they are;
• infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.

Please don’t

• try to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorised access to this website or any service an app relies on;
• copy, resell, or redistribute our apps, or present them or their parts as your own;
• reverse engineer, decompile or modify an app, except as far as the law allows despite this restriction;
• use our apps to control devices, homes or accounts that aren’t yours to control.

What you send is yours to answer for

When you share something made in one of our apps, through Messages, email or anywhere else, you are the sender and you are responsible for it. We don’t see it, and we can’t recall or delete it for you.

If this policy is broken

Because our apps have no accounts, there is usually nothing for us to suspend. We may still end a licence under Apple’s end user licence agreement, block access to this website, and report unlawful conduct to the authorities.

Reporting a problem

If you think someone is misusing one of our apps or this site, write to hello@pronghornlabs.net. Content sent through Messages can also be reported to Apple from within Messages.
